撿消磁i-cash卡寄回換卡被逮　笨賊判罰

【張欽／台北報導】北市蔡姓男子去年10月在北市福興路撿到一張餘額僅剩312元的統一超商i-cash卡後，因消磁無法使用，竟異想天開寄回統一超商公司要求更換新卡，蔡男犯行果然曝光，經統一通報警方後被逮。
 
台北地院根據陳、蔡供述及贓物認領保管單等證據，依侵占遺失物罪，判蔡男罰金1000元，可上訴。
