大家好,本人在高雄市鼓山區買了一棟38年的房子,因計劃結婚要入宅用,請問高雄哪間公司是房屋翻修改造高手(包含室內設計裝潢整體施作)的?
其中下列有些重點要修繕:
1.三樓半,屋齡38年,預算又不多!.......如何才能作到四樓半
2.管線與化糞池(管)重設置
3.地基重打??(是全部或局部)
4.內部重新規劃(樓梯改向.浴廁重新規劃)
5.幫忙看是否需要加強結構
6.看看預算~~能否包含”電梯”,如不行~就先規劃出位置
7.內部也要裝潢設計
8.要裡外整體規劃利害的設計承包者
