蘇力肆虐　全台1死9傷

【李俊淇／台北報導】蘇力強風大雨襲台，根據中央災害應變中心統計，截至今天清晨7時，共造成全台1死9傷，其中新北市淡水分局一名警員，不幸遭飛落的磚頭擊中頭部，送醫不治；至於受傷的民眾大多在台北市與新北市，另有1人是在基隆市麥金路的黃姓男子（51歲），在住家附近被倒塌的工廠圍籬擊傷。
