洗頭小妹 手很痛~~ 20點

我有一個女性朋友 他是 洗頭小妹
每天工作完手都很痛
但是他不想要洗頭的時候帶手套
請問一下有什麼解決方法麻??
聽說洗澡完擦護手霜完馬上戴手套
那請問手套是哪種 護手霜有哪種非常有效?
還是有一些什麼治療方法
因為他手很痛 回家有時候都會請媽媽幫她洗頭
我是男生...
看她手 其實還蠻心疼的.....
