「暴雨如猛獸」八堡圳大排暴漲 居民求援

蘇力來襲，不只北台灣災情嚴重，中部也傳出淹水情形，彰化縣大村鄉美港村的八堡圳，一夜大雨後大水淹到了街道，當地居民急著求援，另外在南投草屯，有民眾一早打開家門，驚見馬路已經變成小河。

彰化縣大村鄉的八堡圳，蘇力帶來一夜豪雨，八堡圳的水像猛獸般暴漲，一路淹上街道。即使當地雨勢已經稍有停緩，但這水勢依舊猛烈湍急，甚至形成小型瀑布，居民涉水走過相當危險，當地民眾拍下影片，向外界求援。

在南投草屯，有民眾一早打開家門，眼前馬路變成滔滔河流，大水還挾帶污泥侵門踏戶。大水淹進一位苦主的家，客廳地面泥濘不堪，家具當然也泡湯遭殃。

所幸最強風雨，已經過去，民眾只能耐心等大水退去，重新整理家園。
