中藥商案確定無罪　李俊毅：盼原二審法官道歉　否則提告

前民進黨立委、現任民進黨副祕書長李俊毅因「藥事法修正案」被起訴，更二審無罪後，檢方上訴遭駁回，無罪確定。李俊毅15日深夜接受NOWnews《今日新聞》訪問表示，他被司法糟蹋到這個地步，對遲來的正義毫無愉悅的感覺，盼原二審法官給一個道歉，否則不排除對法官提告。

李俊毅在因「藥事法修正案」被起訴，一審無罪、二審被重判7年半，不服上訴，最高法院撤銷原判決發回更審，高等法院去年8月29日宣判無罪。檢方再上訴，15日被最高法院駁回，無罪確定。

李俊毅受訪表示，他總算出頭天，但這是遲來的正義，司法踐踏人權的心痛無法消除。
