南市府突然標售夜市土地　200攤販拉布條抗議 【王智勇／台南報導】台南市政府在無預警狀況下，前二天突然公告即將標售位在新營區 民治路上的民治夜市土地，且要求攤販們在下月15日前清空遷移，此舉引起200多名攤販 反彈，今天下午2時攤販聚集在台南市議會舉行一場公廳會，要求台南市政府暫緩標售土 地或另覓合適場所，讓攤販們能先喘一口氣，繼續生存下去。 市議員李退之指出，新營區的民治夜市有13年歷史，這塊土地使用分區不適合作為夜市用 地，但攤販們在承租土地時一直沒得到正確訊息，以為可長期經營，造成市府貼出公告後 ，立即引來攤販恐慌，他建議市府在清空夜市土地之前，先提出一套適合的配套方案後再 標售土地。 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/realtimenews/article/new/20130726/231292/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.174.189.105
