想買智慧手機給父母 一萬以下 適合入學者

我是高中生 暑假打工 在沒幾天要領錢 大概2萬X
這是我的第1份薪水 不想拿去存或吃喝玩掉 怪沒意義的- -
我爸媽到現在都還在用只能打跟接的"原始手機"

想說買智慧型手機給她們 讓他們跟得上時代...
要買2隻 預算最多也就 1隻1萬多1咪咪應該OK(要扣掉學費)
想要能有WIFI 能影片功能好點(我爸愛看布袋戲 抓一抓可讓他放手機看)
手機功能也好一點 最好能防水之類的(雖然不太可能....)
想要HTC(支持國牌) 不行也希望有點名氣的 別大陸機= =
是空機 我要去實體店買 不用給我Y拍之類的
