最近去板橋259+通訊行買Xperia手機，廠商建議售價是16900但那邊賣92xx,打開來發現說明書是皺的，且沒摺好,當下馬上打電話去尋問。店家的反應說是因為廠商說可能在印出來整理時沒摺好所以才這樣，請問這沒什麼問題嗎？會不會是人家用過的二手機？不過店家在網路上又寫說是沒辦法退貨的。
