民眾活捉鼬獾　等防疫所2小時

台東縣知本建和部落的高先生，今下午發現一隻鼬獾，到處亂走，精神不佳，他觀察一段時間發現鼬獾似乎體力不繼，竟大膽用籠子將牠罩住後，再塞進老鼠籠裡。

民眾表示，鼬獾第一次到這麼低海拔的地方，而這也是建和部落少見，或許是防疫人力不足，民眾透過消防局去電防疫中心後，等了2個小時才來收受鼬獾，只是鼬獾雖奄奄一息仍不斷藉由臭腺分泌臭氣，民眾不滿道，「臭死了，怎麼讓我們等那麼多？」
