雙子星弊案起訴 　賴素如及金主移審

【綜合報導】繼行政院前祕書長林益世涉貪重創總統馬英九清廉形象後，馬英九另名親信、黨主席辦公室前主任賴素如，昨因涉貪被起訴，今年3月30日收押至今，今天上午她與太極雙星金主程宏道已移審法院決定是否續押。

賴涉嫌利用台北市議員職權，護航太極雙星團隊取得台北車站雙子星大樓聯合開發案，索賄1500萬元，並收受前金100萬元，還遭查出藏匿550餘萬元可疑資金，昨被依收賄、隱匿貪污所得及財產來源不明罪起訴，求處重刑。賴的罪名若成立，3罪併罰最重可處27年徒刑。
