賴素如遭訴 是否交保明審理

台北地檢署偵辦雙子星大樓開發弊案，檢方今天將台北市議員賴素如、太極雙星幕後金主程宏道、顧問賈二慶、賴素如友人彭建銘依法提起公訴後，全案明天上午移審台北地方法院。

由於賴素如在雙子星開發弊案中，被檢方查出涉及洗錢，所以承審的合議庭會由金融專庭審理，台北地院會在檢方移審後公開抽籤分案，並審理在押被告賴素如與程宏道在起訴以後是否繼續羈押或者是交保。
