電腦被鎖定

我的電腦今天在使用時,突然網路就不能使用,重新開機後就發現有一個英文網頁,那個網頁就跟我說你的電腦被英國警察鎖定了要用信用卡付100歐元,可是我神麼都沒做,這是真的警察嗎?還是被駭客害了.不知道為甚麼會這樣,有人能給我解答嗎?
