※ 引述《c96036 (好勝者)》之銘言： : 各位大哥大姐好 : 小弟我有個疑問 : 新人在進入公司前，公司都會提供一套完整的教育訓練 : 那請問教育訓練的內容，大概是那些? : (硬體工程師) 基本上公司不會有完整的教育訓練這種事情公司一兩天的新人訓練也只是公司系統流程介紹就算有線上課程,一般對你幫助也不大幾乎都是部門資深同事帶著你做事硬體工程師的話從新人開始我這邊經歷過的大概分幾個階段 1. 焊接修板子架bom備料熟悉儀器操作做不完的測試 2ND source驗證 2. 簡單小改版的案子 (不需動到太多電路跟layout) 3. 重無到有的案子(新solution) (但大多也是抄公板) 4. 開始帶新人 5. 負責較大的案子,你是project leader 每個階段就一年多左右時間,大概3之後我就開始往零件跟介面特性去學習了解電路的部分很多還是要自己自發去學去想因為很多系統廠都是抄工板也不會讓你去做太多設計但你對零件跟電路的了解越多在debug或跟原廠在cowork時會比較順利而且也比較不會被原廠看不起(有問題只會CALL FAE) 基本功非常重要不見得要學得很快想得越深入對你以後幫助越大 5以後我就跑到IC廠去了希望對你會有幫助 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.229.48
