【羅惠齡／桃園報導】猿隊詹智堯及象隊增菘瑋是台灣體院時期差1屆的學長、學弟，在學校還是同住了3年的室友關係，轉戰職棒後，兩人同獲7月投、打MVP，今天猿、象戰前，兩人互道恭喜，生涯首次拿單月MVP的詹帥，對著學弟說：「再一起加油啊，我們再努力多拿一些獎。」今年實力突飛猛進，已拿第2座單月MVP的菘瑋，則要主場的學長請客，不然請LUCKY雞排也很好哦。
