大家好，小妹是成大畢業的學生，最近到台塑面試運氣不錯有被錄取。一開始通知是林園廠的現場工程師，打電話去問工作內容時廠長邀請我們實際到廠區了解。去了才知道，原來是廠長覺得這份工作不適合女生想勸退我，但同時也提供我轉到仁武台麗朗的研發工程師的機會（主要研究領域是碳纖維）。廠長是說研究單位工作很像實驗室生活，上下班也都很正常，不過不知道是不是這個單位太小，我找不到較詳細的訊息去驗證廠長的話。不知道版上有沒有人有相關的訊息呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.15.188.111
