要知道一件事新鮮人賣給公司的不只是時間還有學習力正強的青春我認同某些慣老闆講的年輕人不要嫌低薪但相對的公司要拿教育訓練或是任何值得學習的東西來彌補低薪的部分比方專案日程的排定方法整體設計的方法檢證的方法等這些東西很明顯是要比較大或是比較有制度的公司才學得到第一份工作以台灣企業來說都不會給很高 (GG除外) 所以建議找尋一個在制度面設計面能學到比較正統方法的公司千萬不要待一個放任自生自滅的公司等到35歲或結婚生子以後那時能賣的只剩下時間此時再去找錢多事少的工作 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.86.3
