【沈能元/台北報導】董氏基金會今公布市售即時湯品「鈉」含量調查,共調查市售即時湯品23品牌、147品項,依董氏調查指出,「鈉」含量較高的湯品有日燦的義大利蔬菜湯,每人份約200c.c.湯品,鈉含量達1266毫克為最高,家樂福的港式酸辣濃湯,鈉含量1124.9毫克,7-ELEVEn的海帶芽味增湯,鈉含量961毫克。醫師表示,鈉含量攝取過高將使血壓升高、增加腎臟負擔

董氏基金會食品營養組主任許惠玉說,每人一天鈉攝取量為2400毫克,一般以為喝起來比較不鹹的紫菜湯、蛋花湯,甚至高過玉米、南瓜濃湯,調查市售即時湯品147項中有31項,鈉含量就逾720毫克,若依芬蘭規定,一人份湯品鈉含量逾720毫克時應加註警語,建議消費者應少攝取鈉含量偏高的即時湯品。

家樂福全國公關經理何默真說,將會對家樂福旗下所有湯品的配方進行了解,若有減鈉的可能性將會減鈉。台大醫院心臟內科主治醫師王宗道說,鈉含量攝取過量將使血壓升高、增加腎臟負擔,喝湯品時應少量,或加入蔬菜、根莖類等食材一起烹煮,以防鈉攝取過量。
