德警解救剩餘人質　綁匪當場被捕

【綜合報導】德國因戈爾斯塔特市政廳周一發生挾持人質事件，一名持槍男子挾持4人後與警方對峙約5小時後，釋放了副市長1人，警方出動逾200名警察包圍市政廳，派出特警小組攻入建築物救出剩下人質，綁匪受傷被捕，整個對峙事件長達9小時。

巴伐利亞內政部長表示，現年24歲的綁匪曾在市政廳騷擾一名女性僱員，被頒禁制令。
