【林世雄／台中報導】桃園地檢署日前針對269旅監視器疑遭滅證案偵結不起訴，洪仲丘家屬委託律師團提出訴狀，桃檢下午2點30分開偵查庭，洪仲丘姐姐洪慈庸及律師團將出庭。

洪慈庸說，她想檢察官可能是針對監視器滅證案不起訴對家屬和律師團提出說明。
