【陳偉周／基隆報導】Janet（謝怡芬）昨深夜與TLC旅遊生活頻道主持人伊恩萊特（Ian Wright），不畏潭美颱風來襲，一同到基隆八斗子望海巷參加中元祭放水燈遊行，體驗鬼月習俗。

janet引領著主燈緩緩步入海中，在工作人員的引燃下，燃燒的水燈順利往大海漂去，活動也圓滿結束。
