輕颱潭美轉向　最快上午發布海警

【綜合報導】輕度颱風潭美將襲台，最快今天上午發布海上警報，潭美一度牛步，清晨移動北北西轉西北，目前速度逐漸加快，今天深夜至周四影響最大。

中央氣象局指出，輕颱潭美 (編號第 12 號，國際命名 TRAMI)，中心位置位於北緯 20.4 度，東經 128.6 度，以每小時13轉24公里速度，向北北西轉西北進行。

受颱風外圍雲系影響，氣象局也發布豪雨特報，基隆北海岸、中部以北、東北部地區及東部山區有局部大雨發生的機率。
