請問一下如果參加一個研習班，大家都同意做通訊錄交流，該單位做成PDF檔鎖碼寄給大家了，我請他們寄其他可複製檔案〈如WORD檔〉寄給我方便整理資料好做管理通知大家加入社團交流，該單位說因個資法緣故，不能給我....
1.如果我會轉檔，就沒有這問題!
2.同學人數多，我必須要一個一個打資料....
所以...可以告訴我既然通訊錄已經給我們了，檔案別有影響嗎?
