我本身是業務薪資結構是底薪65%+獎金35%=全薪每月通常可以領到全薪但有時候都會少個幾百塊因為獎金部分是績效考核主管每個月打考績是永遠不會打滿分的 1.前陣子去教招結果當月薪水單一看我當場傻眼獎金部分只領10% 問了一下會計是因為我去教招沒有上班所以沒有績效請問這樣合理嗎? 是否有違反勞基法呢? 2.最近因為有小疏失因為任務的交接沒有很完善造成同事出錯結果當月薪水少了$4000 感覺很沒保障薪水可以這樣扣嗎? 這種薪資制度感覺工作很沒保障分成底薪+績效獎金=全新資方可以借游績效獎金來扣薪水這種是合法的嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.84.98
