持股逾10趴 台中高院法官遭彈劾

監察院今天指出，台中高等行政法院法官劉錫賢，因持有公司股份逾十趴，今遭監察委員葛永光、趙榮耀提案彈劾。葛永光、趙榮耀隨後將舉行記者會，說明案情。

監察院說，台中高等行政法院法官劉錫賢擔任有限公司股東且持股逾10%，長達20年之久，違反公務員服務法，遭彈劾。

監察院今天以10票對3票，通過監委葛永光、趙榮耀提案，彈劾劉錫賢，並移送司法院懲戒。
