標題[問題] 我有50%肇事責任?

影片在這邊...當天我在中和走華中橋下中和 在景平路中山路口直行 然後被左側的RAV4撞到 我們都有保全險 所以就報案了... 然後拉去保養廠換葉子板+烤漆5100元 結果我的保險公司跟我說 他們兩邊(我第一他明台) 協調結果是各付50% 所以我這邊2550 但我不能接受 被撞的當下我幾乎是靜止的... 我現在有3條路 A. 我不出險 2550自己付 B. 我出險 但明年保費增加(不知道增加多少) C. 交給交通裁決 我自己覺得沒多少錢 如果走C好像怪怪的 如果A 要自己付2550又覺得很不甘心.... 如果B 出險又怕明年保費會多很多而且要跟3年..... 好阿雜...想聽聽大家的建議.... --
