twitch實況 一直重覆回音 20點

請問各位大神:
開了實況以後 電腦上只要有發出聲音
頻道上面就會不停的重覆再重覆 還會重疊 就連沒差麥克風也會
那聲音會震到耳朵超痛...
我是用xsplit開實況的
已經找過許多文章 就是看不到有人跟我一樣問題
