《海賊王驚點語錄》被指圖片盜版　粉絲頁急關閉

【陳威廷／台北報導】作家冒牌生開設的臉書粉絲頁《海賊王驚點語錄》（https://www.facebook.com/OnePieceInMyWords?fref=ts），經常以一段抒情文字搭配動漫《航海王》圖片方式，表達對生活的看法，有67萬粉絲說讚，更經常被轉載分享。冒牌生更連續2年出版《海賊王驚點語錄》造成熱銷。不過網友踢爆，冒牌生使用的語句網上搜尋都有，圖片更疑是盜版而來，要他說明。

冒牌生8月底在該粉絲頁表示，書與粉絲團內容不同，2本書所引述內容皆標示出處，也未用到海賊王的任何圖片；未來在經營粉絲頁時，若使用網路分享內容將會加注出處。擁有動畫《航海王》版權的東映動畫指出，該動漫名稱是《航海王》但「我要成為海賊王」是主角魯夫的經典台詞，書與粉絲頁遊走在法律邊緣令他們困擾，已蒐證研究是否侵權，必要時會提告。

值得注意的是，《蘋果》記者下午以電子郵件向冒牌生詢問粉絲質疑的內容未獲回應，直到5時許，該粉絲頁已無法進入。
