超音波烘咖啡豆　茶商奪國際發明獎

【高堂堯／南投報導】南投市民林讚任並非茶農、咖啡農世家出身，年輕時讀國貿系、長年在兩岸從事茶葉生意，5年前卻發揮巧思創意，首創將超音波加溼機、紅外線科技應用來製茶和烘焙咖啡豆，不僅保留產品的天然果酸、增加香氣和口感，還大大縮短烘焙時程、排碳量，充分節能減碳，先前經由台灣發明協會提報參加美國匹茲堡國際發明展，勇奪銀牌獎。

南投縣政府今天下午由代理縣長陳志清頒發獎狀，表揚這位新台灣之光；眾人也一起品嘗林暫任所烘製、喝起來「酸甘甜」的好咖啡，頓時滿室咖啡香，林讚任指出，已向經濟部申請在南投市南崗工業區設廠量產、並向國際行銷，讓國內外消費者都能喝到一流的咖啡。
