促修勞基法 關廠工人立院外普渡劈棺

全國關廠工人連線等團體今天下午在立院外舉辦聯合普渡大劈棺行動，高呼「還我棺材本、只需修一條」，呼籲政府儘速修法解決二十年來關廠勞工的問題，要求修改勞基法第28條，並擴大代位求償，將資遣費、退休金納入工資墊償。
