【李英婷／台北報導】環保團體今在民進黨立委田秋堇陪同下舉行記者會，抗議行政院6月通過的《水土保持法》修正草案，台灣生態學會祕書長蔡智豪抨擊，原規定水保特定區占山坡地78％，下修到僅需占16％，放寬土地所有權人於水庫集水區的開發行為，衝擊國土安全。

台灣水資源保育聯盟主任粘麗玉質疑，此次修法由政委楊秋興提出，「是否刻意讓高雄義大世界就地合法？」

田秋堇則表示，康芮颱風造成水患，提醒馬政府必須進行國土總體檢，與其增加6年6百億治水預算，不如輔導山上居民離牧離農，讓土地休養生息，「否則每次颱風來就如玩俄羅斯輪盤，不知哪縣市又要遭殃。」
