【何哲欣／台北報導】法務部長曾勇夫涉嫌接受立法院長王金平及立委柯建銘關說，遭特偵組移送監察院。民進黨團上午記者會，柯建銘未出面，由書記長吳秉叡說明。吳秉叡說，曾勇夫若有罪，可以起訴、偵辦，但卻移送監察院行政調查，違反憲法分立原則，創下檢察官把公務員移送監察院的先例，實所未見，馬政府已亂了套。

吳秉叡更直言，檢察總長黃世銘跟曾勇夫長期不合，內鬥很厲害，現在特偵組又趁王金平出國開記者會，總統馬英九對此僅說很痛心，卻無法處理，很明顯是黃世銘鬥曾勇夫，馬英九鬥王金平。

吳秉叡也說，特偵組光憑涉嫌人的自白，就斷定曾勇夫關說，沒有其他證據，辦案是這樣辦的嗎？太荒謬！且立委若有不法，還是可以偵辦，特偵組現在卻推說國會自律，不處理王柯，很不合理。
