【呂志明／台北報導】特偵組查辦法務部長曾勇夫違法關說案，上午發布新聞稿指負責偵辦的高檢署檢察官林秀濤，「竟未調卷詳予審核」、「即遵照陳守煌檢察長輚達有立法委員關說及違法指示不要上訴之意，率未予上訴」，林秀濤看過新聞稿後回應：「我有調卷為何特偵組說謊」。

林秀濤說，高檢署檢察長陳守煌確實有為柯建銘一案與她討論，檢察長告訴她：「請依法處理，如果可以上訴，就要上訴，如果沒有上訴的理由，不要為了上訴而上訴」。

林說，今年6月27日收受判決後，她還與同辦公室的檢察官陳正芬討論，她們當天立即調閱相卷證進行研究，認為判決沒有違背法令，才決定不上訴。

今年8月31日晚上7時，她在教會接到特偵組來電，她一度以為是詐騙集團，當她見到檢察官鄭深元後，鄭提示相關資料，也告訴她，有查到她有調卷，但今天特偵組的新聞稿卻說她「竟未調卷詳予審核」。

林秀濤認為，特偵組不僅誤解她的意思、還在說謊。對此，特偵組代理發言人楊榮宗稱，林有調卷但沒有詳細閱讀。
