南迴公路拓寬 採碳足跡管理

台東南迴公路拓寬工程，承包廠商今天共同簽署「碳管理合作」宣言，採取就地取材、工料使用等方法，達到減碳目的。

台9線南迴公路金崙大鳥段改建工程，全長約11.3公里，大致沿既有省道台9線，向海側拓寬方式，將目前5個雙車道區段，拓寬為4車道，每車道寬3.5公尺，加計兩側外路肩各2公尺，全寬可達18公尺。

道路中央不設分隔帶，符合台9線整體一致性，將以減碳為目標，包括施工、原物料生產和營運等各階段的碳足跡盤查實務。

今天在公路總局副局長夏明勝見證下，世曦工程公司及晉欣營造廠商、碳監查公司在台代表及公路局東濱工務所代表，共同簽署執行碳管理合作宣言。

工程單位允諾在施工期間，採取土方就地取材、機械減少怠速、飛灰取代水泥、混凝土摻爐石、空地植栽覆蓋等減碳措施。

夏明勝強調，公路總局是國內第一個在重大工程時進行碳管理及盤查的單位，希望透過這項碳足跡盤查計畫的推動，發展本土化的碳足跡管理系統，協助建立國內工程碳盤查管理作業流程，與本土化碳排放係數資料庫。
