放空檔滑行也算駕車　醉男瘋言瘋語警傻眼

「我記得我在店門口睡覺啊！怎麼會被你們酒駕攔查呢？」一名33歲何姓男子，今天凌晨2時許開車行經北市八德路3段78號前遭警酒測攔查，酒測值0.54毫克，被帶回分局偵辦，何男向警供稱自己在八德路2段喝酒，只喝了半瓶330cc台啤而已，且在喝完酒後就在店門口的車上睡覺，當警問及在車上睡覺怎會開車出現在攔查點時，何男竟說可能不小心放到空檔，車子滑行到那邊吧！如果車子放空檔也算公共危險，那我也認了，此言一出讓承辦警員都傻了眼，訊後依公共危險罪送辦。
 
被帶回偵訊的何姓酒駕男子，面對承辦警員問話時採極度不合作的態度應訊，除向警表示拒絕二次回答相同問題外，還說對警方的逮捕動作非常抗拒，指稱是被警強迫簽下酒測單等，最後在筆錄內容簽名處簽下「拒簽」2字，讓警哭笑不得（林金聖／台北報導）
