消費時間:2013.08.07 地址:台北市羅斯福路二段79號3樓(捷運古亭站3號出口) 電話:(02)2362-9963 營業時間:11:30~14:30 / 17:30~22:00 圖文並茂網誌:http://happy919girl.pixnet.net/blog/post/35380129 http://www.wretch.cc/blog/happy919girl/11741571 又到了吃大餐的時刻,在這之前當然得先跟老爸說聲~父親節快樂!! 老爸最近總是大魚大肉,於是我們姊妹決定請他吃一頓"無肉料理" 先前就曾聽朋友提及這間強調吃出食物自然美味的新米蘭蔬食餐廳 舒果套餐(貪吃價$398)附有前菜、麵包、沙拉、湯、主餐、副食、 甜點、飲料,除前菜、麵包和副食外,其他菜色可隨個人喜好作選擇 ((前菜)) 藍莓山藥+彩椒水蓮+蒟蒻蕃茄組成的精緻開胃小點 建議從口味清淡的開始吃(由右到左),脆甜的山藥有著藍莓的酸甜滋味 水蓮口感清脆,而梅子蒟蒻搭配番茄的絕妙組合更是讓人胃口大開 ((麵包))為口感鬆軟且造型可愛的迷迭香火柴麵包 大推其麵包沾醬,偏重的調味配著麵包吃剛剛好(起司醬?!) ((沙拉)) 以蘿美生菜搭配多種翠綠蔬菜的田園鮮蔬沙拉,看起來就很健康 沾醬可選擇主廚特調凱薩醬或芝麻香氣濃郁的胡麻醬(我個人較偏愛後者) 翡冷翠醋香蕈菇沙拉其濃濃的蒜味,讓我有種吃燙青菜淋蒜蓉醬的FU ((湯)) 喝起來頗像台式燉湯的義式燉蔬煲,裡頭有芋頭、白菜和蒟蒻 口味清爽的牛蒡腰果清湯 將打成泥的青豆及多種菇類熬煮而成的青漾蕈菇濃湯 喝的到青豆泥沙沙的口感及菇類的香氣(但我覺得青豆味有點重 >"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.240.54.110
