《總舖師辦桌》作者指導業者做健康配菜

【辛啟松／台南報導】台南市一家連鎖便當店創辦人，看過美食作家黃婉玲的著作《總舖師辦桌》後，深受台灣早期傳統菜色感動，今天邀請黃婉玲擔任一日廚師，指導廚師不用味精做菜。黃婉玲說，作菜不加味精，可用胡椒粉、甘草、枸杞等中藥提味，業者不增加成本、消費者吃得更健康。
 
黃婉玲今天到台南火車站旁的連鎖便當店擔任一日廚師，教導廚師如何烹煮具家鄉味、又沒化學添加物的菜餚。她說，一般人習以味精提出食材鮮味，但部分民眾對味精敏感，一吃就覺得不舒服，她才想到以其他調味品提味。便當店今天推出百人免費用餐活動，吸引許多過路民眾排隊領便當。
