請問一下 我買了skype中港台方案139元/月
這方案是買了每分鐘比較便宜
所以 我本身還得儲值
是這樣的嗎？

    1.Skype 包月GO 為月租型方案，成功購買並啟用任一方案後，您於購買方案使用範圍內之通話將不需額外負擔通話費用，也無須額外支付每通之話務接取費。上述方案月租費不可抵用通話費，可自行依據需求購買單一方案或多項方案。

    超過每分鐘0.45元的意思？

1. 你的那個是屬於市話包月, 所以不可以打手機。(打手機就另外算錢)
2. 250分鐘內, 打電話不用錢沒錯。
3. 超過250分鐘, 另外算價格, 不是每分鐘0.45元。
4. 每分鐘0.45元是139/250=0.45, 這是行銷手法。
