五月天演唱會噪音　環保局裁罰114萬

【綜合報導】搖滾天團五月天「諾亞方舟演唱會」，連續兩周在台灣體育大學台中體育場開唱，不僅逾時且音量超大，周邊居民嚴重抗議。環保局截至昨晚11時50分為止，開出47張罰單、總計裁罰114萬元，但主辦單位硬是不改善，稽查人員批評：「沒看過這麼皮的單位！」附近居民則痛罵：「太囂張！」

「五月天應是台中市環保局有史以來，開罰最多的音樂團體！」施肇芳無奈表示，14日晚間總計開出20張罰單，罰金達到46萬5千元，主辦單位就是不為所動。主辦單位相信音樂媒體聯絡人林知佳表示，每場演唱會約3萬多人參與，「歌迷情緒太亢奮，對附近居民表示抱歉！」 但也強調，演唱會申請到晚上11時半結束，並沒有逾時，「五月天難得到台中，請居民多加體諒！」
