私製龜鹿二仙膠藥酒 高價賣 新北桃園3地查扣

新北市刑大偵八隊會同新北市衛生局，26日到桃園市等3處，查獲65歲男子郭逾涉嫌私製龜鹿二仙膠片、酒，在新北、桃園高價販售，查扣100多片偽藥龜鹿二仙膠、近百瓶龜鹿二仙膠藥酒、大型煉製鍋爐、宣傳單、煉製藥方等證物。（記者吳仁捷攝）

新北市刑大偵八隊會同新北市衛生局，26日到桃園市等3處，查獲65歲男子郭逾涉嫌私製龜鹿二仙膠片、酒，在新北、桃園高價販售，查扣100多片二仙膠成品、近百瓶龜鹿二仙膠藥酒、大型煉製鍋爐、宣傳單、煉製藥方等證物。

郭嫌與2同夥到案後，郭嫌承認沒持有醫生、藥師執照，也沒取得煉製「龜鹿二仙膠」及「龜鹿二仙膠藥酒」許可，卻涉嫌將二仙膠成品以每斤8000元、每瓶藥酒2000元等高價賣出，全案依違反藥事法移送新北地檢偵辦。
