【動新聞／綜合報導】生氣時，罵人家像「豬」，是最常聽到的，因為豬喜歡在泥中打滾來保持身體涼爽舒適，因此豬也被用來形容人髒亂和懶散。而根據科學網站「Fact Monster」說法，每種生物有自己的特性，而動物也有特性，在英文詞彙中，如果想要婉轉地罵人，有時會借用動物的特性來暗諷對方和他人，該網站也介紹6種最常被用到的動物。

蝙蝠(Bats)
通常用來形容容易瘋狂或抓狂的人。因為蝙蝠愛躲在教堂的鐘樓下，當鐘聲敲起時，蝙蝠就會被嚇得驚慌飛走，因此可以用來形容人的思緒毫無章法。

鳥腦(Birdbrain)
形容一個人很笨，因為鳥的腦很小，腦容量不大，因此可諷刺一個人很愚笨。

水母(Jellyfish)
形容一個人很軟弱。因為水母無脊椎，所以無法直直站立，也扶不起。

水蛭(Leech)
水蛭是吸血蟲，因此常被用來形容為某人「吃人夠夠」，榨取他人金錢或財物。

孤獨之狼(Lone wolf)
如同中文的「獨行俠」。正常的狼與人類一樣，都是群居動物，但也有狼會被群體驅逐，成為孤獨的狼，不能融入群體生活，只會獨來獨往。

豬(Pig)
由於豬喜歡在泥中打滾來保持身體涼爽舒適，因此豬也被用來形容人髒亂和懶散。
