訂房刷卡付清　遇颱風業者拒退款

【方翊倩／綜合報導】消費者在南投水沙蓮飯店官網訂房，已刷卡付清房價9000元，不巧遇天兔颱風要求取消，業者卻稱刷卡付清房價者就不能退費，只能保留1年訂房，讓她不能接受。

《蘋果》報導，許小姐9月16日向水沙蓮預訂4人房，準備9月20日與21日入住，每晚房價4500元，網路刷卡一次付清全額9000元，不料9月20日一早發布陸上颱風警報，她致電水沙蓮取消訂房，飯店人員卻稱因她刷卡付清房價，不能退費，只能保留1年訂房。

對此，水沙蓮飯店櫃檯人員稱飯店不接受採訪，拒協助轉接或留言。消保官指出，遇天災不可抗力事由，業者須無息返還旅客已支付之全部訂金及其他費用，且業者官網沒寫刷卡付清房價者就不能退費，以此為由拒退不合理。
