【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名何姓警員原在新北市服務，因壓力大想調回新竹市，何妻為夫裝瘋演很大，騙得精神疾病證明，如願地在2003年調回新竹；數年後2人感情生變，2010年離婚，因剩餘財產分配請求權紛爭，何妻自首「演出」精神病，何男依偽造文書判2月。

《自由時報》報導，何姓夫妻因剩餘財產分配請求權紛爭，在新竹地院家事法庭訴訟，何男指妻子「有精神病」，何妻火大嗆，「還不是為了你」，2011年5月向新竹地檢署檢察官自首，「為了幫助前夫調動，精神病是演出來的」，涉及該案相關人士均吃官司，何妻也被判1個月、緩刑2年。
