今年首例本土德國麻疹病例出現

【邱俊吉／台北報導】疾病管制署今下午公布今年第1例本土德國麻疹確定病例，個案為居住於北部的34歲男性，9月25日因發燒、紅疹等症狀就醫，後因症狀未改善再次就醫，確診為德國麻疹，目前已康復。據調查結果，個案可能是接觸到無症狀、或症狀輕微、或尚未出疹但已有傳染力的感染者而染病。

為防疫情擴散，衛生單位已掌握該男的接觸者82人，目前尚未發現有疑似德國麻疹症狀者。疾管署表示，今年鄰近的日本、中國、東南亞，及部分歐洲國家，均有德國麻疹疫情發生，呼籲1歲以下嬰兒，及不具德國麻疹抗體的孕婦，應避免前往流行地區，而近日計劃前往流行區的民眾，若會接觸到孕婦及1歲以下嬰兒者，也建議在出發前2至4周，到醫院的旅遊醫學門診評估是否須接種疫苗。
