最新消息，陳哲男涉嫌司法黃牛案，今天更二審宣判，改判8年。

總統府前秘書長陳哲男涉嫌司法黃牛案，台北地院原本依貪汙罪，判刑9年，後來高院更一審改依普通詐欺取財罪，輕判7個月有期徒刑，引起全國譁然。

當時還爆發合議庭法官出走潮，全案經過最高法院撤銷發回後，今天更二審宣判，法官認定陳哲男，利用擔任公務員機會，詐取財物，違反貪汙罪，重判8年有期徒刑，褫奪公權6年。
