車手搭火車提款 得手上千萬

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園9日電）桃園縣1名詐騙集團車手為躲避追緝，利用搭火車到不同地區提領款項，得手後再搭車返回桃園，並以此手法得手上千萬元。

桃園縣政府警察局楊梅分局今天表示，警方在楊梅市永美路一處便利商店，逮捕正在提款的袁姓車手，並在身上查獲10多張郵局、銀行的金融卡。

警方並在男子身上起出新台幣8萬多元現金，警詢後根據男子提供的帳戶資料，估算男子經手取款的不法款項達上千萬元。

19歲男子供稱今年應徵工作時，遭詐騙集團吸收成為車手，負責在桃竹苗一帶，持金融卡到各金融機構及便利超商的ATM，提領民眾遭詐騙款項。每提領1筆則分紅現金2000元。

警方查出，男子為躲避查緝，還刻意選擇在偏僻地區提款，有時候還會刻意搭火車到鄰近縣市的偏遠鄉鎮市；等提款後，再搭車返回桃園。

警方經長期分析火車站附近提款機的提領狀況，鎖定袁姓男子；男子在警詢後，被依詐欺罪嫌移送桃園地檢署偵辦。1021009
