【王家俊／台北報導】國慶大會上午在9時24分準時開始，由國防部三軍樂儀隊展開序幕表演，擔任大會主席的立法院長王金平站上主席台，表情愉悅。

大會預計10時正式開始，在主席致詞、僑胞致詞及國慶禮讚合唱歌聲中，總統馬英九預計10時30分偕夫人周美青出場。
