服貿產學論壇 5專家提質疑

屏東商業技術學院國際貿易系昨天舉辦兩岸服務貿易協議「機會或威脅」產學論壇，屏東縣5位產官學專家提出質疑，經濟部國際貿易局高雄辦事處長賴國星強調，政府會對弱勢產業加強輔導，降低衝擊。

合作金庫九如分行副理劉永雄認為，服貿協議簽訂的產業，政府事前未充分溝通，賴國星承認確實疏於溝通，強調現已廣開說明會，讓內容廣為人知。

玉山銀行屏東消金中心經理吳秋男說，台灣的服務品質細膩度，領先大陸許多，金融業在大陸也能獲得較大的利差，有信心在服貿協議生效後獲利。
