國慶日維安滴水不漏

今（10）日是雙十國慶，不但場內熱鬧，場外也擠滿抗議團體。公民1985行動聯盟上午在立法院前舉行公民旗升旗典禮，定調今年是公民覺醒元年。已故陸軍下士洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸也到場聲援。
洪仲丘姐姐洪慈庸北上支持公民1985行動聯盟舉辦的「十月十日，天下圍攻」活動，身著白上衣、戴著口罩的她說，「明天是仲丘逝世第一百天，以前在電視上看到公民運動沒有特別感覺，也沒有參與，現在因為弟弟洪仲丘的事情，等到針刺到自己身上才知道，才會站出來支持活動。」
包括作家九把刀、台大醫師柯文哲、導演柯一正等人都到場聲援，與群眾一起訴求「天下為公，還權於民，黑箱服貿，重啟談判」。群眾還提出3個修法訴求，包括下修公投門檻、拒絕鳥籠公投；下修罷免門檻，讓罷免可行；下修不分區立委及政黨補助門檻。
除了公民1985行動聯盟外，抗議團體還包括「908台灣國」，抗議民眾手持標語，抬著象徵馬政府棺木，從立法院走向凱道，沿途為馬政府哀弔。民眾遊行至凱道前，紛紛將準備好的舊鞋，將象徵馬政府棺木埋葬，隨後將舊鞋丟向管制區內，警方趕緊集結人力，防止民眾有暴力行為發生，警方也多次舉牌警告，最後抗議民眾將棺木抬離凱道。
