震天香餐廳疑遭股東淘空　積欠款1600多萬

【劉榮輝／台南報導】台南市震天香複合式餐廳疑遭陳姓股東淘空，積欠廠商貨款、房租、水電和員工薪資1600多萬元，西門店才開幕5個月即面臨歇業重整，昨晚合夥股東發現陳男行蹤，找來廠商、員工堵人討錢，陳男報警處理，一群人在警局外徹夜守候，要求陳男給個交代。
 
「很惡劣！根本是經濟犯罪！」震天香複合式餐廳王姓股東氣憤表示，當初信任陳男，投入退休金投資餐廳生意，沒想到才開幕5個月，因積欠廠商貨款、員工薪資、房租和水電費，西門店被迫歇業，陳男卻避不見面。
 
被害廠商指出，陳男拖欠裝潢和貨款多月，打電話追討都拒接，截至目前估計積欠金額高達1200多萬元。員工代表則稱，8、9月員工薪資未發，積欠金額4、50萬元，已申請勞工局協調。
 
面對股東、廠商和員工追討債務，陳男一直不願出面說明，僅稱上法院再說。被害廠商明天將召開協調會後，與股東一起到台南地檢署按鈴控告陳男涉嫌詐欺、偽造文書、背信等罪嫌。
